Good morning everyone! A quick update from our day two of shipments yesterday. We completed and shipped 191 orders, and everyone on the receiving end of those shipments should have received an automatic notification with a tracking number yesterday.
We're getting started on the next round of orders now, have a wonderful morning everyone!

A quick update from our first day of shipping today. In total we have 924 individual orders, and we completed and shipped 231 today - a great start!
We have another huge batch in the queue for tomorrow, and we'll make sure to send an update tomorrow evening.

Lids are Here! Shipping Monday

Hi Everyone!
For those of you following the tracking numbers you probably already saw that the shipment arrived this week - super exciting!
We have had a surprisingly large number of customers contact us to let us know they have moved, or will be moving, and need their ship to address changed. If you need us to update your ship to address, please make sure to do so by Monday. To contact us, you can message us through our Kickstarter page, or email us at [email protected].
Currently we are separating and sorting each of the individual orders, and printing off the shipping labels. We will begin batch shipping on Monday, in order go give anyone that needs to update their address a couple extra days to do so.
We will update everyone each day with the total number of order shipped once we start shipping on Monday (ie - 150 orders shipped today, 75 shipped, etc). We'll keep sending updates until every order is shipped and completed so that everyone is fully updated and has complete visibility on fulfillment.
In the meantime, please feel totally free if there are any questions we can answer, or if we need to update the "ship to" address for your order.

DHL Hiccup & Lids are in the air

Good morning everyone!
A quick update on the Mason to Go shipment. First things first - the lids are enroute and will arrive to us in Kentucky in 4 days (according to the tracking numbers).
This does put us a little behind on our original projected ship date, for which we really apologize. Just to be totally transparent, here's a little more detail on what put us behind. Our factory was a couple days late finishing up the final packaging, and had everything ready to ship on July 1st.
We though everything was good to go, but then ran into a snag with the China DHL department who is handling our air freight. They had some issues fitting our ready-to-go order into their pickup schedule, and were not able to pick up shipment until the 14th.
We really apologize for the delay, and didn't anticipate the delay on DHL's end, but we are happy to report that the lids on literally in the air now and are scheduled to arrive to us in Kentucky in 4 days.
To help get your lid orders shipped out ASAP as soon as they arrive, we hired on a couple part time employees to help with the sorting, labeling and shipping of the individual orders as soon as the DHL shipment arrives on the 18th.
In the meantime, as promised, here are the three tracking numbers for the shipment so you can follow along with us as our 3 pallets of lids make their way to Kentucky. You can track these at DHL.com, and the three tracking numbers are: 1051609613, 1051599603 and 1051614082.
We have had several customers contact us recently and mention that they needed to change their mailing address. If you have moved since the original Kickstarter campaign and need to update your address please message us and let us know and we will get that updated before your order ships.
Thanks again to everyone that has messaged us in the last few weeks excited to put their Mason to Go lids to use! We are super excited to be only a few days away from shipping everyone's orders, and if you need anything from us in the meantime please don't hesitate to let us know.

New Mason to Go Pictures!

Hi everyone!
We woke up this morning with pictures from our factory showing off the final packaging for the Mason to Go order. We wanted to share a few of them here, and below you'll see the final packaging for the 3 Pack lids, single lids and complete kits. These are going into the master cartons for the international shipment today and they should be en-route shortly.
We'll make sure to post a tracking number for you as soon as they take off from China. Thank you again for the great support!
